1. A valid ID or passport shall be required during the reservation.
2. Self-driven cars will only be permitted for a minimum of 3 days of rental.
3. Our vehicle delivery services operate from 8 AM to 10 PM each day. This timing is also applicable for the return or pickup of vehicles from your premises.
4. Full payment shall be required for a reservation to be confirmed.
5. A security deposit of Gh1000 will be made for SUVs, while a payment of Gh500 will be made for sedans and Gh1500 for luxurious vehicles on a self-driven agreement.
6. Fuel is the responsibility of the hirer. A picture of the fuel gauge will be taken prior to the dispatch of the vehicle. Fuel of not less than a half tank will be available in the vehicle. The client must ensure the same fuel level upon return or pickup. Failure to do so will require 60% of the security deposit.
7. Luxurious vehicles come with a full fuel tank; upon return it’s the responsibility of the hirer to refill.
8. Reservations, cancellations, and rescheduling should be made at least 48 hours before the pickup date. Cancellation and rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the pickup may attract a penalty of up to 30% of the total rental cost.
9. Our vehicle will be delivered directly to your residence as part of our verification process.
10. Kindly note that a drop-off and pick-up fee will be included in the total rental charge.
11. Delivery of cars comes at a fee between Gh150 to GH180, depending on your location.
12. A late payment for renewing your car rental agreement within 48 hours of the due date will attract an additional fee of 30% of the daily rate; to avoid termination of your rental, please ensure timely payment.
13. Clients are advised that a strict policy is in place regarding vehicle operation. A fine of Gh10,000 will be charged for driving outside of permitted areas, as well as the non-refund of the security deposit. Failure to comply may lead to arrest and legal proceedings.
14. We kindly request that all cars be washed before their return. A Gh100 fee will be incurred for vehicles that are not cleaned.
15. To ensure the utmost security and accountability, we would like to emphasize that no third party is permitted to return the vehicle once your rental period has concluded. Allowing a third party to handle the return will result in a deduction of 50% of the security deposit.
16. For vehicles that are chauffeur-driven, it is the responsibility of the hirer to accommodate the driver for trips outside Accra. The driver will be paid an allowance of Gh100 aside from the Chauffeur charge for daily feed.
17. The client is required to take a round video of the vehicle indicating scratches and dents as well as the fuel gauge and share it to our WhatsApp via +233541238790 for future reference.
18. In case of any emergency or mechanical fault kindly call our hotline 0541238790 for quick response. We do not encourage taking our vehicles to any specialist.
19. Clients will be responsible for costs associated with dents, scratches, and any stolen parts of the vehicle provided that video evidence confirms these components were intact prior to the incident.
